The growth rates of the Venipak Group are on the rise: 2021 Q1 revenue increased by 36% compared to the same quarter last year.
The revenue of Venipak, the international group of parcel delivery companies, increased by 36% in Q1, rising from 8.48 to 11.54 million Euros.
“At the start of this year, the revenue growth of Venipak Group was driven by the growing trust of our clients. High level of customer satisfaction and the next-day delivery in Baltics were the key factors that led to the doubled amount of private clients,” said Justas Šablinskas, CEO of Venipak Group.
Until last year, the company used to provide parcel delivery services mainly to business customers. When the pandemic hit, Venipak made some strategy changes and increased its focus on private e-commerce customers. Šablinskas hopes for the sector growth to continue in the future as well.
“The strategic goal of our company for this year and 2022 is to increase the customers’ basket spend and continue to expand the share of our business clients,” said Šablinskas.
At the end of April, Venipak launched two new services – e-commerce parcel returns and air freight.
“We hope that parcel transportation by air will contribute to even faster development of our company group. We already offer regular deliveries to/from Shanghai and Hong Kong, while the deliveries from/to Chicago and Miami will begin in the coming weeks,” said Šablinskas.
Venipak Group operates not only in the Baltics, but in Poland, Germany, China, and the USA as well.
