Growing Parcel Locker Network
We seek to make our end users happy, therefore we are rapidly expanding our parcel locker network in Baltics, decorated with the new Venipak brand identity. This year, we will install 250 new lockers in Lithuania, which will be strategically placed in the most convenient locations for your customers. 200 new lockers will appear in Latvia, and an additional 150 in Estonia as well.
Exceptional Air Freight Options
Fast and safe shipment between continents – everything is possible with us! To provide you will all the most reliable options to take care of your international cargo, we have dedicated part of this year’s investments to regular cargo flights. This will allow us to transport heavy, non-standard, or even dangerous goods on the direct route Riga-Hong Kong-Riga. Our first flight – on September 18th!
New Self-Service Platform
To provide the most convenient way to take care of parcels, we plan to introduce a modern and accessible online self-service platform and a mobile application. These tools will allow users to directly change the delivery address and date, track and register parcels, and provide the exact courier arrival time.
